Each one of us, once in a lifetime, was told “beware of monkshood because it’s poisonous”.
OK, but the next step is, how do I know what it looks like? It could be hard sometimes, when it has no flowers at all, or (most common case) when it’s just a shoot, among my favourite edible ones…
I will try to post some pictures of poisonous (or inedible) plants in their unusual looks, compaired to edible plants, to make it easier for you to recognize and avoid them. Rememeber to be extremely careful when you pick anything from the very first moment, because it’s easier to recognize plants in their environment, rather than in your kitchen!
